    • No open bankruptcies or recent judgments for unpaid rent
  • Business Operations:

    Verification:


    • Validity of business operations and financial stability
    • Review of the type of business and compatibility with property zoning

    Lease Terms:


    • Standard lease terms range from 1 to 5 years
    • Security deposit of one to three months’ rent

  • Review Process:

    • Applications processed in the order received, typically within 5-10 business days
    • Approved applicants will be notified with next steps

  • Move-In Requirements:

    • Payment of the security deposit and first month’s rent
    • Proof of liability insurance
    • Completion of a move-in inspection
